    • 摘要: 為了降低技術改造風險，以打葉復烤技術改造為例,，借鑒歷史資料,，分析了打葉復烤技術改造過程中存在的風險因素。應用魚刺圖,、Delphi法與數(shù)學分析相結合的方法，對打葉復烤技術改造項目進行了風險分析和評估,。該方法的提出和應用對降低打葉復烤技術改造風險具有重要意義,。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the risk during the process of technology improvement, take the tobacco leaf re-drying process as an example, we identified the risk factors during the process of tobacco leaf re-drying technology improvement, and analyzed and assessed the risk using fish bone diagram, Delphi method, and mathematic model. The proposal and application of this approach by this study will play significant contribution in reducing risks during the process of tobacco leaf re-drying technology improvement.
