煙草包衣種子輔料篩選及配比試驗(yàn)

摘要: 針對目前烤煙常規(guī)包衣種子存在的問題和漂浮育苗技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用的現(xiàn)狀,,結(jié)合我國的烤煙生產(chǎn)實(shí)際,,研制開發(fā)了烤煙漂浮育苗專用包衣種子并應(yīng)用于煙葉生產(chǎn)中。對種子包衣輔料進(jìn)行篩選,,初步選定了4種主要的包衣輔料并進(jìn)行了10種不同配比的包衣加工試驗(yàn),,對不同配比加工的種子進(jìn)行外觀物理性狀測定。結(jié)果表明,,處理6和處理2的種子在均勻度,、裂解度、光澤度等方面均優(yōu)于其它處理,。Abstract: To deal with the problems existed in conventional flue-cured tobacco coated seed and concerning the reality that float system has been popularized for tobacco transplant production in China, we developed the flue-cured tobacco pellet seed specifically used for tobacco seedling production with float system. Various coating materials have been screened and 4 of them were chosen and 10 seed coating formulas were made with them for coating tobacco seed. The result of physical property test on the coated seed processed with different proportioning of the coating materials show that treatment 6 and treatment 2 were the best with regards to uniformity, dissolvable capability, luster of the coated seed.
