Effect of Topping Time and External IAA on Tobacco Maturity, Yield, and Quality

摘要: 研究了打頂時(shí)間與外源生長(zhǎng)素涂抹對(duì)煙葉碳氮代謝和產(chǎn),、質(zhì)量的影響。在各處理中,，總碳,、總氮和主要含氮化合物的代謝變化不顯著，而早打頂有利于IAA與GA含量的增加,，也有利于可溶性糖的積累,。外源生長(zhǎng)素涂抹對(duì)ABA有抑制作用，延長(zhǎng)了淀粉的合成時(shí)間,。不同處理對(duì)煙葉成熟衰老與品質(zhì)形成的影響主要是通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)煙葉成熟期間碳水化合物的代謝平衡來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,。早打頂結(jié)合涂抹生長(zhǎng)素，能增加上中等煙比例，提高煙葉產(chǎn),、質(zhì)量,。

Abstract: The effect of topping time and external IAA on tobacco metabolism, yield, and quality were studied. The results showed that changes was insignificant for total carbon，total nitrogen, and main compound of nitrogen after different treatment. Contents of IAA, GA and dissolubility of sugar increased after early topping, on the other hand, content of ABA decreased, the duration of starch accumulate were extended. Tobacco maturity senescence and quality building were influenced by different measures, because the balance of carbohydrate metabolism was regulated. After T1A treatment, average and finest grade proportion increased, yield and quality of tobacco leaves were improved.
