    Effects of Various Nitrogen Levels on Key Enzymes Activeness of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves in Carbon and Nitrogen Metabolism

    • 摘要: 用盆栽試驗(yàn)研究了不同氮素水平對(duì)煙草碳氮代謝關(guān)鍵酶活性的影響,。結(jié)果表明,,隨著氮素水平的提高,淀粉酶活性有升高趨勢(shì),,煙葉硝酸還原酶活性呈上升趨勢(shì),。低氮水平下由氮代謝轉(zhuǎn)化為碳代謝的時(shí)間提前,高氮水平下由氮代謝轉(zhuǎn)向碳代謝的時(shí)間推后,。綜合認(rèn)為中氮水平是生產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)煙葉的較好選擇,。

       

      Abstract: The influence of various nitrogen levels on the activeness of key enzymes of flue-cured tobacco leaves in carbon and nitrogen metabolism were studied. The results showed that as nitrogen level increased the amylase activity enhanced, the nitratase activity enhanced. In low nitrogen level, the time from nitrogen metabolism to carbon metabolism was shorten; however, in high nitrogen level, the time was deferred. In summary, the mid nitrogen level should be the optimum level to attain the highest yield and quality of tobacco.
