    樹舌MP-01菌株提取液抑制TMV生物活性研究

    Studies on the TMV Biological Activity of the MP-01 Extracts

    • 摘要: 本實驗從病毒體外鈍化,、抑制病毒初侵染、抑制病毒增殖和誘導(dǎo)抗性4個方面測定了樹舌MP-01菌株提取液對煙草花葉病毒（TMV）生物活性的影響,。結(jié)果表明,，MP-01菌株提取液對TMV體外鈍化效果顯著；對TMV初侵染,、增殖有一定的抑制作用,，且能誘導(dǎo)煙草產(chǎn)生一定的抗病性,。

       

      Abstract: The effects of Ganoderma applanatum MP-01 extracts on tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) biological activity was investigated with regard to virus inactivation, controlling virus intrusion, controlling virus multiplication, and induced resistance. The results showed that the MP-01 extracts had strong des-activation effect to TMV, somewhat controlling effect to virus intrusion and multiplication, and could induce disease resistance of tobacco.
