煙草無(wú)菌苗培養(yǎng)前的種子消毒技術(shù)研究
Methods for Seed Sterilization before Aseptic Tobacco Seedling Culture

摘要: 不同消毒處理對(duì)煙草種子消毒效果的影響研究表明,，在種子消毒之前,，經(jīng)無(wú)菌水浸泡24 h（預(yù)處理）的比不浸泡的消毒效果好；在10% H2O2,、2%有效氯次氯酸鈉溶液,、1‰升汞3種殺菌劑中，10% H2O2消毒效果最好,，種子帶菌率為0%,，用75%乙醇預(yù)處理可降低種子帶菌率;
3種消毒劑中以10% H2O2處理煙草種子發(fā)芽率最高。Abstract: The effects of seed sterilization were studied by different seed sterilization methods. The results showed that sterilization of seeds soaked in aseptic water for 24 hours was better than that without soaking. Under constant temperature, the sterilization effects of three germicides (10%H2O2, 2% sodium hypochlorite and 1‰ HgCl2) on tobacco seeds were studied. The results showed that 10%H2O2 had the greatest sterilization effect. The germ-bearing rate of seeds of K326 treated with 10%H2O2 was 0%. Sterilization of seeds soaked in 75% ethanol before seed sterilization decreased germ-bearing rate. The highest germination rate was observed in treatment with 10%H2O2.
