溶劑助蒸餾法在煙草香氣成分分析中的應(yīng)用

摘要: 通過(guò)溶劑助蒸餾法分離,、收集煙草中的香氣物質(zhì),，用GC/MS進(jìn)行了定性分析，并用內(nèi)標(biāo)法進(jìn)行定量分析,。對(duì)煙草中近30種主要香氣物質(zhì)進(jìn)行了定量分析,，探討了分析方法的重復(fù)性，比較了溶劑助蒸餾與同時(shí)蒸餾萃取對(duì)分析結(jié)果的影響,。溶劑助蒸餾方法簡(jiǎn)便,、快速，易于操作,，重復(fù)性令人滿意,，定量結(jié)果接近同時(shí)蒸餾萃取法。Abstract: Solvent co-distillation was employed to isolate and collect the aroma compounds of tobacco, which were then determined by GC/MS. The major aroma compounds in the isolated mixture were quantified with the internal standard (methyl nicotinate) added. Compared with the simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE), the solvent co-distillation was fast, convenient, and easy to operate. The repeatability was satisfactory. The obtained result was comparable to those obtained from SDE.
