    A Simple Method to Extract and Determinate Solanesol and Nicotine in Tobacco

    • 摘要: 介紹了一種同時(shí)提取煙草中茄尼醇和煙堿作為供試溶液,，并利用反相高效液相色譜法測(cè)定兩者含量的簡(jiǎn)便方法,。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明，該方法操作簡(jiǎn)便,，精密度高,，重復(fù)性好，具有一定的實(shí)用價(jià)值,。

       

      Abstract: A simple method to extract and determinate solanesol and nicotine in tobacco was introduced in this paper. The content of solanesol and nicotine could be determinated by RP-HPLC simultaneously. The results showed the method was accurate, stable, repeatable, and practical.
