烤煙新品種吉煙九號(hào)的選育及其特征特性

摘要: 烤煙新品種吉煙九號(hào)是根據(jù)性狀互補(bǔ)原理,，用抗病性好、抗逆性強(qiáng),、易烤,、豐產(chǎn)性品系9501為母本，引進(jìn)加拿大的優(yōu)質(zhì)品種溫德?tīng)枮楦副具M(jìn)行雜交,，經(jīng)系普法選擇,，于2000年育成,。2006年1月通過(guò)省級(jí)評(píng)審，2007年10月通過(guò)全國(guó)煙草品種審定委員會(huì)審定,。吉煙九號(hào)原煙顏色多金黃—正黃,，油分多—有，結(jié)構(gòu)疏松,，身份適中,；總糖26.59%，煙堿1.78%,，糖堿比13.09,，主要化學(xué)成分適宜，比例協(xié)調(diào),；卷煙評(píng)吸香氣質(zhì)好,，香氣量足，具中偏清香型風(fēng)格,。其綜合性狀巧妙地集兩親本優(yōu)點(diǎn)于一體,。據(jù)品系比較試驗(yàn)、省區(qū)試,、全國(guó)區(qū)試,、省和國(guó)家生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果，吉煙九號(hào)平均產(chǎn)量2 599.01 kg / hm2,，較對(duì)照NC89增產(chǎn)20.47%,，平均產(chǎn)值19 221.69元/ hm2，較對(duì)照增收41.2%,，增產(chǎn)（增收）顯著,。吉煙九號(hào)對(duì)TMV免疫，中抗PVY和根結(jié)線蟲病,，感黑脛病,，其它病害抗性與NC89相當(dāng)。吉煙九號(hào)具有抗旱,、抗?jié)?、抗寒、抗早花,、耐肥,、耐烤和易烤等?yōu)點(diǎn)。Abstract: Jiyan 9, a new flue-cured tobacco variety developed through pedigree selection by crossing 9501, a flue-cured tobacco line with good resistance to disease and stress, easy to cure and high yield, and Windel, an introduced variety from Canada, passed tobacco variety evaluation of Jilin Province and China respectvely in January, 2006 and October, 2007. The flue-cured leaves were mainly in orange or golden color, rich oil, appropriate thickness with loose structure. The contents of total sugar and nicotine were 26.59% and 1.78%, respectively, and the ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine reached 13.09. The content and ratio of major chemical components were suitable. The cured leaves featured neutral to faint scent with full aroma and flavor. The average yield and output value were 2 599.01 kg/hm2 and 19 221.69 yuan/hm2, respectively, which was 20.47% and 41.2% higher than that of the check NC89. Jiyan 9 showed immune to TMV, moderate resistance to root-knot nematode and PVY, low resistance to black shank, and similar resistance to other diseases with NC89. Jiyan 9 had the characteristics of favorable resistances to drought, waterlogging, chilling and early flowering, also good tolerance to high fertilizer rate and curing, and the leaves were easy to cure.
