    Determination of Free Nicotine in Tobacco Leaves by UV Spectrophotometry

    • 摘要: 研究了用三氯甲烷萃取,、紫外分光光度計(jì)檢測(cè)煙草葉片游離煙堿含量的方法，探討了三氯甲烷提取煙草游離煙堿的用量和萃取時(shí)間,。結(jié)果表明50 mL三氯甲烷振蕩萃取30 min可以將1 g煙草樣品游離煙堿萃取完全,。本方法測(cè)煙葉游離煙堿回收率97.7%，重復(fù)性良好,。

       

      Abstract: This paper deals with the determination of free nicotine in tobacco leaves by modified chloroform extraction and UV spectrophotometer, and the optimum extraction time and dose of chloroform. The results indicated that the free nicotine in 1g tobacco sample could be entirely extracted by 50 mL CHCl3 in 30 min. By use of UV spectrophotometry, the recovery of free nicotine in tobacco leaves reached 88.4% with high repeatability.
