貴州典型生態(tài)區(qū)煙葉質(zhì)量特點分析

摘要: 為研究貴州不同生態(tài)區(qū)特色煙葉的品質(zhì)特征,，開發(fā)特優(yōu)煙葉,，選取4個不同海拔的代表性煙區(qū)，通過試驗,、示范分析了各自的品質(zhì)特色,。結(jié)果表明，在煙葉外觀質(zhì)量基本相同條件下,，煙葉的質(zhì)量風(fēng)格存在明顯差異,，形成了不同的煙葉質(zhì)量特色。隨著海拔升高煙葉質(zhì)量風(fēng)格從中偏清香型（中低海拔）―中間香型（中海拔）―清偏中間香型（中高海拔）―清香型（高海拔）,；化學(xué)成分隨著海拔升高煙堿含量逐漸降低,，糖含量逐漸升高，其它指標(biāo)變化不大,；煙葉中致香物質(zhì)總量,、半揮發(fā)成分總量和各類致香物質(zhì)以中高海拔最高，但中部煙葉隨著海拔的升高致香物質(zhì)總量和各類致香物逐漸增加,，部位間上部煙葉高于中部煙葉,，這正是貴州不同生態(tài)的煙葉質(zhì)量特色。Abstract: In order to investigate the quality characteristics of tobacco in Guizhou and produce high quality tobacco leaf, the 4 representative tobacco production areas with different altitudes were selected to identify the quality characteristics of tobacco leaf. The result showed that quality style was different obviously with the same appearance quality, so the various tobacco characteristics come into being. The flavor style was from middle scent close to faint one to middle scent and to faint scent close to middle one with the altitude from middle-lower one to middle one to high one. The nicotine content increased and the sugar decreased with the altitude from low to high, but the others no change. The total aroma constituents, half volatilization components and various aroma constituents were the highest in middle altitude that others, while the total various aroma constituents in middle leaf was enhance with altitude increasing and the topping stages was higher than middle one. The changing of aroma constituents with altitude was the characteristic of the Guizhou tobacco.
