烤煙田間不同生育期主要化學(xué)成分的變化

摘要: 為了明確煙葉成熟過程中化學(xué)成分的積累情況,,本試驗(yàn)以烤煙品種吉煙九號(hào)、龍江911為研究對(duì)象,,在煙葉生長發(fā)育過程中,,每隔15 d取樣,測(cè)定了鮮煙葉不同時(shí)期,、不同部位的總氮,、煙堿、蛋白質(zhì),、總糖和還原糖的含量,。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,不同生育時(shí)期的鮮煙葉還原糖含量隨著其生長發(fā)育先上升后下降;各部位不同生育期的總氮和蛋白質(zhì)含量則隨著煙葉的生長逐漸降低;
2個(gè)品種總糖和煙堿的變化各不相同,,但是沒有明顯的規(guī)律,。Abstract: An experiment was conducted to investigate the accumulation of chemical components of tobacco leaves during growth. Varieties used were Jiyan 9 and Longjiang 911. Total nitrogen, nicotine, protein, total sugar and reducing sugar from different leaf positions were tested at every 15 days. The result showed that the component of reducing sugar increased firstly and then decreased. The leaf total nitrogen and protein contents declined with growth.
