摘要: 湖南煙區(qū)大部分是煙—稻輪作,為研究旱地?zé)熑~和稻田煙葉品質(zhì)的差異,,筆者采用近紅外無損檢測法測定了湖南旱地和稻田陳化煙葉常規(guī)化學(xué)成分的含量,,并進(jìn)行感官評吸。對所測數(shù)據(jù)的t-檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,,還原糖,、總糖、煙堿,、氯含量和氮堿比差異顯著,。評吸結(jié)果顯示稻田煙葉的總體得分較高。稻田煙葉化學(xué)成分和評吸質(zhì)量的典型相關(guān)主要是由化學(xué)成分中的煙堿,、還原糖,、總氮、氮堿比,、糖堿比和評吸質(zhì)量中的勁頭,、濃度、香氣量引起,。旱地?zé)熑~化學(xué)成分和評吸質(zhì)量間的典型相關(guān)主要由化學(xué)成分中的煙堿,、總糖,、還原糖、糖堿比和評吸質(zhì)量中的勁頭,、香氣量,、刺激性、燃燒性引起的,。說明稻田煙葉和旱地陳化煙葉品質(zhì)間存在一定差異,。Abstract: In order to investigate the quality differences of tobacco leaves between the dry field tobacco and rice paddy tobacco, chemical component and sensory quality were tested. The result showed that the content of total sugar, total chlorine, reducing sugar, nicotine between the dry field and rice paddy was significantly deferent, the sensory quality of rice paddy was better. The canonical correlation of rice paddy between chemical components and sensory quality was mainly caused by nicotine, reducing sugar, total nitrogen,sugar/alkali, nitrogen/alkali, physiological strength, taste strength, and aroma quantity of sensory quality. The canonical correlation of dry field was mainly caused by nicotine, total sugar, reducing sugar, sugar/alkali, and physiological strength, aroma quantity, irritancy and combustibility of sensory quality. The quality of dry field and rice paddy was deferent.
