    煙草中殺蟲單殘留分析方法研究

    Analysis Method of Monosultap Residue in Tobacco Leaves

    • 摘要: 對煙葉中農(nóng)藥殺蟲單進行殘留分析方法研究,。試驗采用HCl溶液提取,在堿性條件下衍生為沙蠶毒素,,經(jīng)氣相色譜(FPD-S)測定沙蠶毒素含量,,推知樣品中殺蟲單殘留量。通過pH,、水浴溫度,、水浴時間等外界條件對衍生化效率的影響試驗,確立殺蟲單殘留分析中關(guān)鍵步驟衍生化反應(yīng)的最佳條件為pH 9.0~9.5,、70 ℃水浴2 h,,在此條件下,煙葉中殺蟲單平均添加回收率87.74%~91.44%,,相對標(biāo)準偏差3.69%~5.73%,。結(jié)果表明,該方法靈敏度和回收率均符合農(nóng)藥殘留分析要求,。

       

      Abstract: Monocular residues in tobacco leaves were analyzed by high performance gas chromatography. In this method residues were extracted with HCL and transformed into Nereistoxin in alkali liquid, then calculated the content of Monocular in tobacco. This study confirmed the optimum condition of transform efficiency of Nereistoxin through changing the pH, temperature and time. It demonstrated that the optimum condition was pH 9.0-9.5 and water bath temperature 70 ℃ for 2 hours. In this condition, recoveries in tobacco leaves was 87.74%-91.44%, and relative standard deviations was 3.69%-5.73%. This method meets the requirement in term of sensitivity and recovery.
