煙草灰斑病在貴州煙草漂浮苗上的發(fā)生及鑒定
Occurrence and Identification of Tobacco Gray Spot Disease in Seedlings of Tobacco Floating System in Guizhou Province

摘要: 對(duì)貴州煙區(qū)發(fā)生的煙草灰斑病進(jìn)行了病菌分離,、鑒定，確定該病的致病菌為Alternaria pluriseptata,。選用了4種殺菌劑對(duì)該病菌進(jìn)行室內(nèi)藥效試驗(yàn),，結(jié)果表明，70%甲基硫菌靈WP對(duì)菌絲的抑制效果最好,，EC50為5.94 mg/L,；其它藥劑的效果不甚明顯。Abstract: A new tobacco disease named tobacco gray spot disease was found in Guizhou Province. After the separation and identification, the fungus was determined as Alternaria pluriseptata. The indoors test was conducted with four kinds of fungicides. The results showed that the best effectiveness was observed in the treatment of 70% triophanate-methyl WP, and the EC50 was 5.94 mg/L, while the other kinds of fungicides did not show any definite effect.
