拮抗細(xì)菌對(duì)煙草花葉病毒（TMV）的抑制作用研究

A Study on Resistance of Antagonistic Bacteria to TMV

摘要: 從發(fā)生煙草花葉病毒（TMV）的煙田耕作層土樣中分離到對(duì)TMV有拮抗作用的菌株By33和By88,。生物測(cè)定試驗(yàn)表明，By33和By88的無菌發(fā)酵液對(duì)TMV的體外抑制作用分別為81.81%和83.29%,，涂抹菌液24 h后接種TMV,，仍有73.01%和66.98%的預(yù)防作用。硫酸銨沉淀無菌發(fā)酵液,、PBS透析獲得拮抗蛋白,；拮抗蛋白對(duì)TMV的體外抑制作用分別為85.38%和87.47%，并且在274.00 nm處有明顯的蛋白吸收峰,，為典型的蛋白質(zhì)吸收光譜,。此外，通過葉圓片法和透析法生物測(cè)定表明,，抗病毒蛋白與TMV粒子結(jié)合作用為不可逆,，有抑制TMV在煙株體內(nèi)復(fù)制的作用。

Abstract: The antagonistic bacteria strains By33 and By88 were isolated from top soils of tobacco planting fields. The results showed that the invitro inhibition of sterile fermented broths of By33 and By88 to TMV was 81.81% and 83.29% respectively, and 73.01% and 66.98% respectively inoculating TMV 24h after smearing fermented broths. The antagonistic proteins obtained by ammonium sulfate deposition had the control of 85.38% and 87.47% to TMV, with absorption apexes in 274 nm. The study also showed that the combination of antagonistic proteins and TMV was inreversible, and could restrain the copy of TMV in tobacco.
