煙草黑脛病拮抗放線菌的分離與篩選

摘要: 從堆漚過圈肥的土壤中采集樣品,,用平板法對所采樣品進行菌株分離,、純化培養(yǎng),共獲得原始放線菌101株,,再通過室內(nèi)拮抗試驗,,從隨機28株試驗菌株中初步獲得16株具有一定拮抗作用的菌株。對拮抗效果較好的6株菌株以及抑菌圈較小,、但其菌落較大的A15菌株進一步做盆栽防治試驗,。結(jié)果表明,A6的防治效果最好,,達到55.26%,,其它菌株效果一般。Abstract: 101 strains of original Actinomyces spp. were isolated from soils composted with barnyard manure, and 16 strains with definite antagonistic effect were selected from 28 random strains by laboratory antagonistic test. The results of pot-culture control test using 6 strains with good antagonistic effect and A15 strains with less inhibition zone and greater colony showed that prevention effect of A6 strain was the best, up to 55.26%, and that of the other strains was less.
